Order Processing and Delivery Timeline:
We appreciate your order and are committed to ensuring it reaches you promptly.
Please be informed of our two-step process for delivery scheduling:
1. Payment Confirmation: Before we can dispatch your order, we must verify that the funds have been successfully transferred into our account.
This is a standard security measure to safeguard all parties involved in the transaction.
2. Order Readiness and Delivery Booking: Once we confirm the successful deposit, we will prepare your order for shipment.
Typically, delivery will be arranged within 1-3 business days after this confirmation.
However, please note that cross-bank transactions may take up to 2 days to process due to banking protocols.
This can potentially delay the initiation of the delivery by a similar duration.
Rest assured, our logistics team is dedicated to efficiency and will coordinate with our courier partners
to expedite your order's delivery as soon as all financial clearances are complete. We value your business
and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or payment status,

Our return policy extends for 7 days following the reception of your item. Within this period, you are welcome to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item should be:
In the identical condition in which it was delivered to you.
Unutilized, with all tags, product seals, and other such indicators of newness intact.
Housed within its original packaging.
Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase available.
Please be advised that products with opened, used, or broken factory seals can no longer be sold as "new".
Each return request is assessed individually, and certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, use, and condition.
Upon approval of your return, you may send back the item in the same condition as it was received.
While we do offer assisted returns through our courier network,
please be informed that this service incurs a charge that will be billed to your account.
Returns that are not pre-approved will not be processed.

Upon receipt of your order, promptly inspect your items.
If you encounter any defects or damages, or if you've received the wrong item, kindly notify us immediately.
We will then evaluate the issue and take corrective measures. We are not able to claim,
or entertain any reported damages 24hrs after delivery. It is crucial for the consumer to
conduct a thorough inspection and report any issues within this 24-hour window to ensure a swift resolution.
Please be aware that beyond this time frame, we are not legally obligated to address claims,
as attributing the cause of damages becomes speculative.
Additionally, it's important to note that some couriers mandate the reporting of damages at the time of delivery.
Acceptance of the delivery receipt is an acknowledgment that the items were received in good condition,
and any subsequent claims may not be recognized.
Also Note: card Collectors Store will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards,
printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases.
If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s
customer service department directly to resolve the issue.
Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box.
Tears in the plastic of the outer packaging does not qualify as damaged.
